*By signing, the carrier confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of DPK s. r. o., published on the company's website, www.dpkinternational.sk. Upon delivery of the shipment, all necessary documents for the transportation of goods must be handed over to the carrier, stamped, and signed! In the event of order cancellation within less than 24 hours before the agreed loading time, the carrier may charge 80% of the agreed transportation fee. If the carrier's vehicle is delayed at the loading or unloading site for more than one hour after being reported for loading/unloading, unless a specific time was agreed upon, the carrier may charge a fee of 80 Euros for each hour of delay. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the customer agrees to a late payment interest rate of 0.05% per day on the outstanding amount.
